Refund Policy:

Refunds will ONLY be given when we receive written notice from a physician stating that the athlete is physically unable to participate in the camp. All approved refunds will incur a 20% administration fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

For weather related issues:

A full refund is offered is the whole camp is canceled due to weather.
A 50% refund is offered if more than half of the camp week is canceled due to weather. Indoor back up is not offered during this camp.
